Tips & DrillsPutting Posture

Video Transcription

Posture is a big cause of poor putting strokes. A lot of people get too far over or too tall. There's a great little exercise for you to check your posture. Just set up to the ball and have a spare ball in your pocket and just drop it from your left eye. That ball should land on the ball that you're hitting. You see that? So, now I know my eye line is in perfect position, then what I need to do is just raise my tail bone up a little bit, pop my knees a little bit, and pinch my arms into my body. Now I'm in a really solid position to make a good stroke and make more putts.
